  1. >HAPPINESS I ASKED the professors who teach the meaning of life to tell me what is happiness. And I went to famous executives who boss the work of thousands of men. They all shook their heads and gave me a smile as though I was trying to fool with them And then one Sunday afternoon I wandered out along the Desplaines river And I saw a crowd of Hungarians under the trees with their women and children and a keg of beer and an accordion.Carl SandburgThanks. Everyday I check to see what new cargo you carry. It brings me happiness

  2. >I notice you carry lots on top of the back rack, and relatively less in side pannier bags and/or in containers attached to the sides. Why a case of wine on top and not some way on the side?

  3. >Hi BK,You are correct that I carry more on the top deck than on the sides. Mostly this is because it’s easy, but also because I have the wooden deck…I’ve yet to build the side running boards (though I plan to). Anyhow here’s a few links to posts where I’m using the side rails.
