One of My Favorite Olive Oils

Saifan Olive Oil. It’s an unfiltered Lebanese oil. Olives are squeezed and their juice (oil) is put in a bottle. Simple as that…very flavorful.

In the Buffalo area I buy mine at Guercio & Sons.
