This is one of the most moving and inspirational short clips I have seen…it’s about a 5-star Indian chef who quit his job to care for the destitute. I was going to write a long discourse on it but it’s not necessary…the clip speaks for itself.

Anonymous #1: Yes, I needed it, too. I've watched it a few times… Anonymous #2: I understand what you mean…it's easy to become jaded in the times in which we live. But on the other hand I thing there are plenty of stories like this out there…they just don't make the news that often because they are not sensational enough.
